Christians are united in Christ through the Spirit who brings us to faith and keeps us in it. Leaders in the church are called to equip God’s people to become increasingly mature in the faith—including putting off the ways of the sinful nature and putting on a new life in Christ, led by the Spirit—in every area of life. This week’s message begins our exploration of the second half of Ephesians and all that it has to say about the practical implications of the fact that by grace, through faith, we are “in Christ” and filled with his Spirit to radiate the glory of his love in our world.
